NeuroTracker challenges users to track multiple moving targets in an immersive 3D environment using motion tracking and virtual interaction. It trains the brain functions that are used for tracking action in sports and combat, and improves the user's ability to process what is going on. The system delivers a dramatic boost in mental performance after only 15 sessions and is used by coaches in some of the world's most successful football, soccer and hockey teams to guide their decisions on recruitment and rehabilitation rates. NeuroTracker was created to train and measure perceptual-cognitive skills, the skills that help athletes process complex motion and distribute their attention in an environment that is constantly changing. NeuroTracker was created by CogniSens, a Canadian company based in Montreal, specialising in creating training solutions to improve the attention and mental performance of professional sports teams and special forces. The company's products are also used for impulse control training for students in public schools and children with ADHD.

NeuroTracker was developed by CogniSens co-founder Jocelyn Faubert, a leading neurophysicist and director of the Laboratory of Psychophysics and Visual Perception at the University of Montreal. Dr. Faubert is best known for his work in neuropsychology, visual perception and vision of the elderly.
