The Abs Company has released a video introducing the new AbSolo, a fitness machine designed to add some fun and diversity to your abs workout.

The Abs Company, a leader in abdominal exercise machines and products, has released a video introducing the new AbSolo, one of the company's flagship products. The AbSolo is an innovative fitness machine designed specifically for abdominal exercise. It provides an effective core workout and cardio training and at the same time allows users to add more variety to their abdominal workout routine.

The AbSolo fitness machine was created by two brothers, Joe and Chris Arsenault, who based it on their training routine using an abdominal bench and an exercise ball. As the training, which consisted of tossing the exercise ball back and forth, proved to deliver strong cardio and abdominal workout, they designed the AbSolo, a device that delivers the same excellent results and does not require a training partner.

What makes the AbSolo different from other exercise machines targeting the abdominal region is that it provides a unique combination of crunches and tossing the exercise ball, which not only benefits the cardiovascular system and burns calories, but it also significantly improves core and upper body strength and flexibility. The AbSolo is most effective when combined with a strong cardiovascular and strength-training program. For optimal results, a well-balanced diet is a must.

The new AbSolo is easy to assemble and comes with two 6 lb and two 8 lb medicine balls for different fitness and difficulty levels. It has a suspended throw target, which means that users do not have to throw the ball directly into the machine. This also increases the durability of the machine. For oblique training, the new AbSolo has three touch targets, which make the workout more interactive. The machine also has a new timing mechanism and a new, comfortable air-filled seat that allows maximum stretch, acts as a shock absorber and provides excellent lumbar support.

The AbSolo can be used by children if they are closely supervised and by seniors, if they have a physician's approval. The machine is not recommended to people with lower back injuries.
