Fitbit has unveiled three new activity and sleep trackers: Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR, and Fitbit Surge.

Fitbit has introduced three innovative products to their existing line of solutions designed to inspire people to lead more active lives. Fitbit Charge, Fitbit Charge HR, and Fitbit Surge were developed to help users reach their daily goals, improve their performance, increase activity levels, and improve their overall fitness and health.

Fitbit Charge is a wristband that tracks the wearer's activity throughout the day, delivering fitness stats in real time. The successor to Fitbit Force, Charge is a high-performance device that helps users improve their fitness level and provides them with all the key activity data right on their wrist. The activity monitor offers exercise tracking and lets users see real-time stats and summaries.

Fitbit Charge can accurately track the wearer's steps, distance, floors climbed, and calories burned. The wristband also monitors the user's sleep quality using motion analysis and has a silent, vibrating alarm. It also features Caller ID to allow users to see incoming calls. The device vibrates and displays the caller's name when the user's smartphone is nearby. Fitbit Charge is water-resistant and has up to seven days of battery life. It is available now on Fitbit's website.

Fitbit Charge HR, which hits the market early next year, is an advanced activity tracker that provides users with continuous heart rate data, Caller ID, and around the clock activity tracking for those looking to take their fitness to the next level. Charge HR is designed for users who want a complete picture of their health and are dedicated to staying fit. It has all the features of Charge and some additional ones to help users maximise their workouts and have a more complete picture of their health and fitness.

Charge HR uses Fitbit's PurePulse optical heart rate technology for automatic wrist-based heart rate monitoring, without using a chest strap, which would be inconvenient to wear around the clock. The tracker delivers 24/7 heart rate monitoring and provides users with more accurate data on all-day calorie expenditure. It also helps them optimise their workout intensity and offers insights into overall heart health, heart rate trends, and resting heart rate.

Fitbit Surge offers all the innovative features integrated in Fitbit Charge and Charge HR. Designed as a Fitness Super Watch, it is Fitbit's most advanced activity tracker to date. Surge uses 8-sensor technology that enables 24/7 fitness tracking with GPS and heart rate monitoring, and it also has smartwatch functionality. The integrated GPS offers stats like distance, elevation, pace, route history, split times, and workout summaries. The sports watch can also record a wide range of activities, from running and cross-training to strength exercises. It will be released in early 2015.
