Pro Ski Fit 360 Simulator at La Part-Dieu des Neiges 2014
images: SKI FIT 360 FACEBOOK The Pro Ski Fit 360, an advanced ski simulation machine, was featured at La Part-Dieu des Neiges, an event for tourism professionals and mountain sports fans held in Lyon, France from November 4 to 8. For the event, La Part-Dieu shopping centre was transformed into a mountain resort for five days of festivities to celebrate the mountain. Visitors were entertained by a number of fun activities, including an ice rink, dog sledding, a Mountain Film Festival, and mountain cuisine contests. The Pro Ski Simulator was presented in partnership with French alpine equipment manufacturer Rossignol.
The Pro Ski Fit 360 simulator offers a fully immersive experience, using motion detection technology to track the skier’s movements and reproduce them on a virtual slope. The simulator is suitable both for beginners and advanced skiers and can help them improve different techniques in a safe indoor environment.
